Based in Charleston, South Carolina, I lead web work from strategy through deployment and beyond for organizations that need their sites to do more than look good.

Most of my work has lived in the frontend and platform space: startups, enterprise teams, and everything in between. The launch matters, but I pay closer attention to what the work does in the months and years after it.

Performance, accessibility, compliance, and AI visibility belong in the architecture from the beginning, not in separate workstreams. I have watched search turn into answers from inside five years of data. At Recharge I originated the answer-engine optimization program before it had a name internally, and I now build that thinking into every property I touch.

Today I lead web at a subscription-commerce platform and serve as fractional web director for two long-term clients, and I stay close to the work in both. Technical decisions are better when the person making them understands the system, the team using it, and the business pressure around it.

The strongest teams I have built were the ones where ownership was clear and input came from everywhere. That has rarely been an accident.

A custom PHP-based WordPress theme that gave Recharge’s marketing team a faster foundation for product storytelling, campaign work, and the search surfaces now shaped by AI.

Organization

Recharge is a subscription commerce platform for ecommerce brands, supporting recurring revenue across subscriptions, loyalty, retention, and payments.

Role / Scope

Architected and built a modular theme around 40+ ACF blocks so the marketing team could move faster inside clear guardrails. Led the domain migration from rechargepayments.com to getrecharge.com, owned the ADA-compliance audit and remediation, and built AI visibility into the foundation instead of treating it as a later optimization.

A broader site update that made Material’s cloud workspace security story clearer across product, proof, and conversion paths.

Organization

Material protects Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for security teams, covering email, identity, data, OAuth access, and connected apps.

Role / Scope

Led the Webflow site update, including a custom GSAP homepage, clearer product storytelling, and tighter technical execution across the experience. Connected threat education, product architecture, customer proof, and enterprise trust signals while improving SEO, reducing blocking time, and resolving 500+ JavaScript errors.

A WooCommerce marketing site and Astro partner portal built to support physician sales, pipeline visibility, and training without separating the website from the business workflow.

Organization

REVIAN develops FDA-cleared at-home light therapy devices for hair growth, pairing LED treatment technology with ecommerce and a physician partner program.

Role / Scope

Served as REVIAN’s fractional web director, building the WooCommerce site and a ZIP-based Physician Locator on Google Maps. Architected the Astro partner portal, A/B tested the layout, and connected the WordPress and AWS APIs so each partner could see their own sales data and team activity.
